Shipping policy

At Sourdough Soul Care, we collaborate with Printify and personally ship select in-house items like tote bags and stencils. Because we operate as a dropshipping business, shipping times vary depending on the product type and fulfillment process. Below are the shipping details for both Printify orders and in-house orders.
1. Order Processing & Fulfillment
Printify Orders (Third-Party Fulfillment)
Printify products are custom-made and printed on demand. Once an order is placed, it is sent to a Printify partner for fulfillment.
- Processing time: 2-7 business days
- Shipping time (USA): 2-7 business days after fulfillment
- Shipping Cost: Calculated at checkout based on Printify’s pricing structure
- Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships. It may take 5-7 business days for tracking updates to appear.
- Quality Control: If an issue with the design or artwork is detected, Printify will notify us. If we do not respond within 7 days, the order will be processed as is.
Note: Printify partners with multiple print providers worldwide, so shipping times may vary.
Multiple Item Orders: If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages and on different days due to supplier locations and shipping processes.
In-House Orders (Tote Bags, Stencils, etc.)
Some items are personally shipped from our location.
- Processing time: 2-5 business days
- Shipping time (USA): 5-10 business days
- Shipping Cost: Based on weight and calculated at checkout
- Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed once the order ships.
2. Shipping & Delivery Estimates
Printify Orders
- Shipping Carriers: USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, and local postal services (varies by print provider).
- Estimated Delivery Times:
- USA: 2-7 business days after fulfillment
In-House Orders
- Shipping Carriers: USPS or another selected carrier based on weight and location.
- Estimated Delivery Times:
- USA: 5-10 business days after fulfillment
3. Lost or Missing Orders
Printify Orders
- If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days (USA), contact us within one week to request a replacement or refund.
In-House Orders
- If your order hasn’t arrived within 14 days of shipment, please contact us for assistance.
4. Shipping Restrictions & Delays
- We are not responsible for shipping delays due to customs, carrier issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Orders may arrive in separate shipments due to different fulfillment locations.
- Customs & Duties: Customers outside the U.S. may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the buyer’s responsibility.
5. Cancellations & Order Changes
Printify Orders

Once an order is sent to production, cancellations and changes are not guaranteed. If you need to cancel or modify an order, contact us ASAP, and we will check if adjustments are possible before production begins.
In-House Orders

Orders can be modified or canceled if they have not yet been shipped.
