Refund policy

At Sourdough Soul Care, we strive to provide high-quality products through Printify’s fulfillment network and our in-house shipping. Because our items are made to order, we only accept returns and refunds in specific cases.


 

1. Printify Orders (Third-Party Fulfillment)

Since Printify products are custom-made and printed on demand, returns and exchanges are only accepted if the item arrives damaged or defective.

✅ Eligible for a Free Replacement or Refund:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective (must be reported within 30 days of delivery with clear photos).
  • The order was incorrect (wrong size, color, or design due to Printify’s error).

❌ Not Eligible for Returns or Refunds:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind.
  • Incorrect size or color selection by the customer (please check size charts before purchasing).
  • Any item returned without prior approval.

To request a replacement or refund, contact us at [crustycrumbscreator@gmail.com] with your order number and photos of the issue. We will then work with Printify to resolve the problem.


 

2. In-House Orders (Tote Bags, Stencils, etc.)

For items that we personally ship, we only accept returns or refunds for damaged, incorrect, or defective products.

✅ Eligible for a Free Replacement or Refund:

  • The item arrived damaged, incorrect, or defective.
  • You must contact us within 14 days of the delivery date with clear photos of the issue.

❌ Not Eligible for Returns or Refunds:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind.
  • Items returned without prior approval.

3. Refund & Replacement Process

  1. Contact Us: Email [crustycrumbscreator@gmail.com] within 30 days (Printify orders) or 14 days (in-house orders) of delivery.
  2. Provide Proof: Attach clear photos of the item showing the defect, damage, or incorrect product.
  3. Resolution Options:
  • If eligible, we will process a free replacement or refund.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear.
  • If an item needs to be returned, we will provide instructions (return shipping costs may apply).

 

4. Lost or Missing Orders

Printify Orders:

  •  If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days (USA), contact us within one week to request a replacement or refund.

In-House Orders:

  •  If your order hasn’t arrived within 14 days of shipment, contact us for assistance.

 

5. Cancellations & Order Changes

Printify Orders:

  • Once an order is sent to production, cancellations and changes are not guaranteed. If you need to cancel or modify an order, contact us ASAP, and we will check if adjustments are possible before production begins.

In-House Orders:

  •  Orders can be modified or canceled if they have not yet been shipped.
