Hi, we’re Sybil and Jaisha, the slightly wildly unhinged brains behind Crusty Crumbs Creator: Sourdough Soul Care. As two "rebel rollers," we’ve spent over a decade in the sourdough industry, mastering everything from small business purchasing and marketing to managing, teaching, and selling all things sourdough and artisan bread. After returning to school to hone our tech skills, we've set out to create Crusty Crumbs Creator:Sourdough Soul Care—a brand (and a new adventure) born from our favorite crusty niche, blending steampunk-inspired gear with a mission to support mental health and suicide awareness through the empowering art of baking and self-reliance. We believe in supporting small businesses and aspiring bakers of all levels, from fresh beginners to seasoned pros.

Then there’s Mr. Crusty, the loaf with a life of his own! Equal parts enduringly smart-ass, awkward, and soulful, he’s our crusty mascot with a heart full of love for his community. This is a place where newbie bakers and refined pros alike can connect and learn from each other. Alongside quirky advice and laughs, he shares valuable tips, baking skills, and intriguing “loaf lessons” about his journey through all of his Eras. He can’t wait for you to see his Renaissance portrait in his upcoming coloring book—a mix of crusty humor and fascinating facts about sourdough through the ages, from ancient grains to modern-day bakes.
