The Blended Crumb: When Emotions Mix Beyond Recognizing

The Blended Crumb

When your feelings are so overmixed, even your sadness can’t find room to breathe.

Dear Crumbheads,

Your emotions are like overmixed dough—too many feelings stirred too fast.
You can’t tell what’s yours anymore.
The Blended Crumb doesn’t rise. It just sits, heavy, waiting.

There’s grief tucked inside joy, rage swirling through the sadness, and you’re still trying to show up like everything’s fine.
Stop kneading every feeling into the same mess. Let them rest.

Hold still. Let the feelings separate like layers.
You don’t have to hold every emotion at once.
One breath. One feeling. That’s enough.

I once tried to mix joy, sadness, and shame at once. Ended up with a cinnamon roll that cried.

Let something settle. Tea. Dough. Your chest.
